While Olympic and Paralympic were postponed in 2020 and now begin in 2021, These 2 specials focus on some of the athletes participating in the games.
“SUPER HERO”
Focuses on 5 Paralympians Athletes and their journey.
“LOCAL HERO”
Featuring Japanese Athletes who succeed overseas sports field.

I was assigned to create the logo and logo animation.

There were various concepts through my sketches, but ultimately I used the wordmark of the diagonal marks to align with the opening animation, which expresses the breaking up of the athletes.

STAR
I wanted to incorporate the star because they commonly represent positive forces in life, whether those forces be related to the divine or something more internal, like personal growth, hope, or dreams.
Since the Olympic games take place in Tokyo, I made the star origami style, being that origami was originated in Japan.
